Job responsibilities:
-Co-ordinate Annual Budget for the Agency
-Prepare Monthly and adhoc financial reports for service unit
-Analyze and ensure monthly and yearly financial statements, management and project reports are in compliance of statutory requirements including Social Welfare Department, funder and accounting standards
-Prepare financial analysis, budgeting, forecast and liaise with external auditors, government and funders
-Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls, enhancement of risk management, identify measures to enhance the efficiency, explore resources for the Agency
-Assist in accounting/organization system development, revamp and maintenance
-Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
-Participate in projects/tasks as assigned in Agency and Division levels

-Bachelor Degree in Accounting with recognized professional accounting qualification or above
-6 years or above solid experience in accounting/audit field; priority given in experience in NGO
-Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
-Proficiency in MS Office(e.g. Word, Excel) and Chinese word processing
-Strong problem solving, analytical and leadership skills
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible and teamwork
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
