Assistant Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, staff onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, taxation, MPF administration, performance management, and employee relations, etc.
  • Provide one-stop account services to designated divisions and act as a focal point of contact for employees concerned
  • Provide quality support services in the staff movement and off-boarding logistics
  • Handle related enquiries in accordance with the organization’s policies and processes
  • Address individual staff case with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Embody a distinctive ‘can-do’ attitude to collect functional requirements and identify practical solutions for front-line managers and staff
  • Ensure HR practices and procedures align with legislative requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders on different HR projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 1 years’ solid working experience in the Human Resources field
  • Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Proactive, meticulous, independent, and able to meet tight deadlines with good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills; good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Exposure in FlexHRM is definitely an advantage
  • Candidates who are fresh graduates and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn will also be considered
