Human Resources Officer / Asst HR Officer (HR partner & project)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, staff onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, taxation, MPF administration, performance management and employee relations etc.
- Provide one-stop account services to designated divisions and act as focal point of contact for employees concerned
- Embody a distinctive ‘can do’ attitude to collect functional requirements and identify practical solutions for front-line managers and staff
- Ensure HR practices and procedures that align with legislative requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders on different HR projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years’ solid experience in Human Resources field
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
- Proactive, meticulous, independent and able to meet tight deadline with good organizational and problem solving skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills; good command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Exposure in FlexHRM is definitely an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
