Service Objectives
Our Centre’s goal is to help individuals, couples planning to marry, married couples and their children to face different changes at different life stages.
Through different preventive services, we help support individual and family development as well as their physical and mental health, thereby helping to strengthen interpersonal and family relationships and to improve the quality of family life.
Service Contents
Professional Team
Our professional team comprises the clinical psychologist, speech therapist, occupational therapist, professional social worker and experienced counsellors, who are all experts in their field of work and are able to provide appropriate services to help students in need, parents, and other service users.
Service Target
Target groups include: men and women in courtship, couples planning to marry, and families with children — irrespective of religion, financial circumstances, gender, sex orientation, able-bodied or handicapped, and ethnic backgrounds.

Application of Services
If you are interested in applying for our services, please go to our website: https://fhe.yang.org.hk and submit the application form online, our staff will contact you upon receipt of the application form.
Withdrawal of Services
- Service users and their families may request voluntary withdrawal from the service.
- The fees paid will not be refunded.
- If a service user wishes to withdraw from the service, he/she must take the initiative to request the staff of the service unit.
- If a service user does not make another appointment within six months after the interview, the service user is considered to have voluntarily withdrawn from the service.

Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Monday, Sunday & Public Holiday: Closed
Meal time
1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
