Job Purpose:
The position is a management role to oversee and develop the Human Resources and Administration function to meet with the fast-growing organizational needs

Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources
-Develops HR strategies and roadmaps, which align with the organization development direction and values
-Manages all aspects of employee experience and organization development including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations, etc.
-Partners with senior management team and provides advices for operational matters on the people aspect
-Analyze HR data reporting and gives advices to the management
-Supervise and drive implementation of HR strategies and initiatives through the HR team
-Champions or participates in organizational projects as assigned

Administration
-Manages the overall administrative functions including facilities management, compliance, central administration, EHS and property management
-Diagnoses areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness of the organization
-Provides administrative support to the management of service operations
-Supervise and drive implementation of administrative strategies and initiatives through the administrative team

Job Requirements:
-Degree holder in Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, Social Work, or related disciplines
-Over 5 years relevant working experience
-Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
-Assertive and diplomatic with ability to influence and gain “buy-in” from multiple stakeholders
-Approachable, energetic and good communication and presentation skills
-Effective organizational and administrative skills
-Familiar with FlexHRM system is an advantage
-Passion in human resources and administration
-Possession of professional qualifications in human resources, and/or membership of professional institutions is an advantage
-Good understanding or pervious working experience in the Social Service sector is an advantage
