Service Objectives

1. to provide residential care and facilities for semi-independent living;
2. to enhance residents’ independent living skills and facilitate their integration into the community; and
3. to promote the quality of life of the residents and to maximize their potentials through the provision of a supportive and stimulating environment.

Service Contents

1. provision of accommodation, food and meals;
2. residential respite service;
3. support of family members;
4. community participation and social inclusion activities;
5. visiting medical practitioner scheme;
6. agency-based speech therapy services for RCHDs;
7. support service to discharged service users;

Service Boundaries

No regional requirement for applicants

Fees

$897 per month for 50% disabled adults;

$977 per month for 100% disabled adults / Disability Allowance recipients.

24 hours for residential services
