Service Target

• Aged 60 or above
• Potential golden-age people aged 50 to 59
• Frail and in need of limited nursing care
• Stable and free of infectious diseases
• Suitable for group living without harassing or violent behavior
• Frail elderly who lack family care during the day
• Non-bedridden patients
• Moderately impaired as assessed by SWD’s Standardized Care Needs Assessment Mechanism for Elderly Services and suitable for day care services for the elderly
