Division Head – ProjectFamChild Social Work Services in Pre-primary Institutions (Yuen Long)

Job Responsibilities:
-Explore and implement the resources for service implementation and development, based on community needs and welfare policy.
-Chair the Multi-disciplinary case conference and empower the subordinate social workers in well-preparing and participation in the conference.
-Attend external meetings in representing agency to promote agency’s image and services, and form partnership and network.
-Supervise units in the division, ensure services and operation complying funding service agreements and internal policy.
-Establish contingency plans of emergency of the division to ensure smooth operation.
-Formulate and monitor the budget of the division.
-Expand and lead the further development in family service.
-Lead and motivate staffs to provide service to achieve agency’s VMV.
-Participate projects/tasks assigned by the Agency.

Requirements:
-Registered Social Worker (Cap. 505) and holder of Bachelor degree of Social Work or above.
-At least 5 years of management experience at ASWO rank; experience in family service or casework setting is an advantage.
-Innovative and sensitive to social service development.
-Self-motivated, resourceful, presentable, excellent communication & interpersonal skills with teammates, users and stakeholders.
-Able to work under pressure.
-Good command in Chinese and English.
