- Moderately to severely impaired by SWD’s Standardized Care Needs Assessment Mechanism for Elderly Services and suitable for day care services for the elderly
- Suitable for group living without harassing or violent behavior
- Lack of family care during the day
- Non-bedridden
- Carers
